The 10th Toronto Palestine Film Festival

Join us for the 10th The Toronto Palestine Film Festival happening Sept 21 -24 2017 at TIFF Bell Lightbox and pre-fest artist talk with world-renowned Cartoonist, Joe Sacco, at OCAD U on Sept 20.

We are thrilled to present our 2017 program! Check out our online program guide and purchase online tickets here: Get your tickets early and avoid the TIFF Festival rush. NB: there are no rush lines for sold-out screenings.

TPFF is pleased to be opening this year's festival with Ghost Hunting (a film by Raed Andoni). Director Raed Andoni places a newspaper advertisement in Ramallah. He is looking for former inmates of the Moskobiya interrogation centre in Jerusalem who also are craftsmen, architects or actors. After a casting process that almost feels like role play, he arranges for a replica of the centre's interrogation rooms and cells to be built to scale inside a hall - under close supervision from the former inmates and based on their memories.

In addition to a great selection of critically acclaimed films, we have many exciting events including:

Sept 20 Art Creates Change: Joe Sacco
Sept 23 Palestine Festival of Literature at TPFF
Sept 23 - TPFF Concert: Trio Joubran ft. Youssef Hbeich
Sept 23: Sahtain! Palestinian Brunch
Sept 23-24: Visit Palestine Series
