Celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary with us by exploring the life of George Brown, a Father of Confederation and the founder of The Globe and Mail. Learn about this complicated figure, an abolitionist, anti-union politician, and newspaper owner murdered by a disgruntled employee; and his impacts on our city and nation.
